Our website and services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you register for an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at support@extice.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Subject to these Terms, Extice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website solely for lawful personal or business purposes related to our textile products and services.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, spam, or chain letters.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected database.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the website without our express written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted — and a binding contract formed — when we send you a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Cancellations & Changes

Custom and made-to-order textile products may not be cancelled once production has commenced. Standard stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact orders@extice.com immediately if you need to amend or cancel an order.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Extice is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
• You are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders.
• Delivery addresses cannot be changed after dispatch. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in the first instance.

For damaged or missing shipments, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, providing photographic evidence where applicable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Standard stock fabric orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the fabric is uncut, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom, cut-to-order, or dyed-to-specification products are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
• To initiate a return, contact returns@extice.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Extice reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

All content on the Extice website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of Extice Textiles Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to view and print pages from the website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
• Use any Extice trademark, logo, or service mark without our express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any website content.

Any content you submit to us — including feedback, reviews, images, or design ideas — grants Extice a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our business.

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Extice expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content on the website.
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the website or its servers are free of harmful components.

Colour representations of fabrics on screen may vary from the actual product due to monitor calibration and display settings. We strongly recommend requesting physical fabric samples before placing large orders.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXTICE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if Extice has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Extice in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Extice and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the website.
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Any content you submit to or transmit through the website.
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Extice reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defence of such claims.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Extice. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

We do not warrant or endorse any third-party products or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the website and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
